Chief Electoral Officer Sudarshan Reddy has expressed serious concern over the presence of non-locals in the Jubilee Hills constituency and has directed that cases be registered against them. During mock polling, some EVMs malfunctioned, and machines at nine locations were replaced. Polling is proceeding peacefully, and so far, three FIRs have been registered against non-locals.
