Lytus Technologies Appoints Sai Ramakrishna Mudigonda as Country Head

In his elevated role, SRK will lead and scale Lytus’ India operations across multiple high-growth verticals, including Digital Technology Platforms, Broadband, IPTV, OTT services, Cable Television, Content & Studios, HealthTech, and FinTech. His appointment reflects Lytus’ strategic commitment to India as a cornerstone market within the company’s long-term global growth roadmap.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning Media, Entertainment, Telecommunications, Advertising, Platform Businesses, and Digital Ecosystems, SRK brings deep operational expertise, strong strategic vision, and a proven track record in building and scaling businesses across diverse sectors and geographies. Prior to this elevation, SRK served as CEO of Lytus Studios XR India, Lytus’ media and entertainment division.

Under SRK’s leadership, Lytus Technologies aims to significantly strengthen its digital infrastructure and consumer platform ecosystem in India. The company will focus on expanding its Broadband, IPTV, and OTT offerings while further consolidating and growing its existing Cable Television business footprint and subscriber network.

Simultaneously, Lytus plans to aggressively scale its Content & Studios business through original content creation, strategic partnerships, immersive entertainment experiences, and regional content initiatives. The company is also accelerating investments in emerging high-growth sectors including HealthTech and FinTech, integrating these verticals into a unified digital ecosystem designed to enhance consumer engagement and long-term value creation.

India continues to represent one of the most dynamic digital consumption markets globally, and Lytus sees substantial opportunity in converging entertainment, connectivity, health services, and financial technology into a scalable, future-ready platform model. As part of this expanded leadership mandate, all India vertical heads will report directly to SRK, further strengthening operational alignment and strategic execution across businesses. Lytus is also in the process of strengthening its India leadership structure with the appointment of a new Chief Financial Officer and Legal Head, both of whom will form part of SRK’s core leadership team operating from the company’s corporate office in Hyderabad.
