Kratikal Tech to Launch Rs 39.69 Crore SME IPO on June 30
AI-driven cybersecurity firm plans to use proceeds for overseas expansion, product development and workforce enhancement.
Noida-based cybersecurity company Kratikal Tech has announced its maiden SME initial public offering (IPO) to raise Rs 39.69 crore. The issue will be listed on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO, priced in the range of Rs 128-135 per equity share of face value Rs 10, will open for subscription on June 30 and close on July 2, 2026.
Kratikal Tech is an AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cybersecurity company with offices in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune and Bengaluru. The company serves a diverse customer base across multiple geographies and industries.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used to expand the company's subsidiaries in the UAE and the US, strengthen sales and marketing activities, enhance workforce capabilities, invest in product development and meet general corporate requirements.
"The cybersecurity landscape is evolving rapidly, and organisations today require intelligent, proactive and comprehensive solutions to safeguard their people, processes and technology," said Pavan Kumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Kratikal Tech.
The company currently serves more than 677 clients and employs over 200 cybersecurity professionals. Its clientele spans sectors including banking and financial services, technology, manufacturing, healthcare and government organisations.
Kratikal Tech operates through two integrated business segments. Its Threatcop platform focuses on mitigating human-centric cyber risks such as phishing attacks through employee assessment and training programmes. Under the Kratikal brand, the company provides technology and process security solutions aimed at protecting enterprise technology infrastructure.
