Keka to Hire 100 AI Engineers, Expands Bengaluru Operations with New Office

Bengaluru: Keka, the enterprise HR technology platform, today announced plans to hire over 100 engineers as it opened its new engineering hub in Bengaluru. The new office brings together Keka's existing Bengaluru teams under one roof and marks a significant investment in the company's AI-native strategy as it accelerates product innovation for modern enterprises.

Located on Old Airport Road, the new office provides room for Keka's growing R&D wing in Bengaluru, enabling the company to tap into one of the country's deepest pools of AI and engineering talent.

The expansion comes at a time when the company is on track to achieve 10X growth in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) since its Series A funding in 2022, driven by growing enterprise adoption and continued investment in product innovation.

As organisations increasingly embed AI into everyday work, Keka is investing in engineering talent to ensure artificial intelligence becomes a native part of every workflow. The planned hiring of these engineers over the next two years reflects this product direction. The expanded engineering team will develop AI capabilities that help organisations work smarter, move faster and make better people decisions, creating greater business impact.
