HR assessment no longer annual

Aided by technology tools, continuous assessment of the entire team is no longer an arduous task for the human resource (HR) managers.

Chennai: Annual employee performance assessment can become a thing of the past, with new-age companies going for periodical assessment and continuous feedback.

Aided by technology tools, continuous assessment of the entire team is no longer an arduous task for the human resource (HR) managers. “The annual assessment often makes the employees feel that the performance and appraisal are separated far away in time.
