VIJAYAWADA: Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Vijayawada chapter president K Rajendra on behalf of the members of CREDAI expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy and the AP government for revoking GO-145 and allocating 5 percent of the private layouts to the government.

Addressing the media here on Friday, he said that "not only the construction sector, especially those who do real estate business and the general public are very happy that the GO was cancelled."

He said this would give a lot of relief to the real estate sector faced with many problems.

Rajendra expressed hope that the government would also solve other problems faced by the builders and the real estate sector.
