Tata gets 5-member team
MUMBAI: Tata Sons — the holding firm of the Tata Group of Companies — has put in place a new management team comprising five executives, including two former advisors of Mr Cyrus Mistry. According to a statement from Tata Sons, the new team comprises of S. Padmanabhan, who will oversee the group’s human resource in addition to his existing role of leading the Tata Business Excellence Group.
Dr Mukund Rajan, who is in charge of ethics and sustainability at the group has been asked to shoulder the additional responsibility of overseeing the operations of the overseas representative offices of Tata Sons in the US, Singapore, Dubai and China.Harish Bhatt in addition to his responsibilities for marketing and customer-centricity will henceforth also be responsible for managing the Tata Brand.
