Hyderabad: Ramky Estates said it has achieved construction of a 10 million sq ft valued at Rs 3,500 crore. The developers’ projects under execution are around 15 million sq ft covering a significant geographical profile. The company is aiming for a booking value in excess of Rs 2,000 cr in 2023-24, as it counts on catering to customers with offerings ranging from Rs 45 lakh to Rs 5 crore, said M Nanda Kishore, managing director, Ramky Estates.
The company has a significant presence in South India, with successful projects in Benguluru, Chennai and Vizag as well, he said.
The company is launching ‘RamkyVerse’ shortly to allow customers to virtually experience their ongoing projects and make informed decisions while buying homes, he said.
“We recognise that building homes goes beyond just brick and mortar. Consumer preferences are evolving rapidly. Thoughtful design with defined spaces blending comfort, convenience and elegance is the new common. Homebuyers are looking beyond the four-walls. They choose vibrant communities that provide opportunities to connect, create and celebrate,” said M Nanda Kishore, managing director, Ramky Estates.
An estimated 25% of Ramky Estates’ sales come from existing customers and referrals, he said.
