Hyderabad: Natio Consultancy Pvt Ltd through its annual event, India Fund Fest, plans to launch a ‘no distraction platform’ for startups to help get funds, a top official said here on Tuesday.
India Fund Fest mentor Nalin Singh said, “Funding is a sticky issue for all and not just startups. There are multiple startup funding events but most events end up becoming a waste of time with lectures becoming the main attraction.” He said, “We would focus on funding of startups and not the distractions.”
When asked what he meant by distractions, Mr Singh said: “sponsors taking the centre stage through lectures.” The India Fund Fest begins on May 12 in Bengaluru.
