The Finance Ministry had invited suggestions and views from public for Rail Union Budget 2016-17.
New Delhi: The finance ministry said on Friday that as per initial estimates fiscal deficit for 2015-16 is expected to be within target of 3.9 per cent.
It said receipts of tax revenues are also on track and FY16 revised estimate targets are expected to be fully met when the bank scrolls are fully accounted for. The divestment target of Rs 25,000 crore has been achieved.
