Centre vows more action on economic reforms

New Delhi: The government on Tuesday promised more economic reforms and policy initiatives in the coming months.

“The government committed to continue reform measures and policy initiatives. More action in coming months,” economic affairs secretary Shaktikanta Das said in a series of tweets.

Finance secretary Ashok Lavasa in a tweet said: “GDP numbers, sign of times, CGA figures, statement of good financial management. A good monsoon should bring cheer and the government’s resolve boost confidence”. He said government would push the growth further.
