EBG Group’s eBikeGo To Roll Out 50 Integrated Bicycle Stores Across India in next 12 months

The integrated store network will begin with pilot launches in Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru

eBikeGo, an EBG Group company, on Thursday announced plans to establish 50 integrated stores across India over the next 12 months, marking its entry into India’s organized bicycle mobility retail-and-service sector.
The initiative brings bicycle and electric-bicycle sales, rentals, servicing, spare parts and fleet mobility solutions together under one retail model, designed to make cycling-based mobility more accessible for everyday urban travel.
The group plans to invest over ₹35 crore to establish the 50-store network. At network maturity, the programme is expected to support 300 direct jobs, create 500–700 indirect livelihood opportunities, while the company also projects more than 5 lakh annual customer interactions and more than 1 lakh annual mobility transactions across sales, rentals and servicing.
The rollout will begin with pilot markets in Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Bengaluru, where eBikeGo will test and refine its operating model before expanding through a metro-first, cluster-based strategy. The first 15 founding stores will establish the initial footprint, helping the company build operational density and strengthen product availability and after-sales capabilities before entering additional markets.
Unlike conventional bicycle dealerships, eBikeGo Stores are designed as neighbourhood mobility hubs that combine retail, rental, servicing and fleet support under one roof. The stores will serve children, students, working professionals, fitness enthusiasts, families, gig workers, delivery partners, businesses and institutional customers.
The stores will be connected to store.ebikego.com, creating a common technology layer for transactions and customer support. The planned range includes eBikeGo City, eBikeGo Flare, eBikeGo Flare Pro, eBikeGo Fold, eBikeGo Momentum and eBikeGo Horizon. Across the lineup, the current product architecture includes assisted speeds of up to 25 km/h, an estimated 35–55 km range depending on the model and riding mode, along with removable batteries, Shimano gearing on select models and foldable designs.
