CSM Technologies’ FY26 Profit Jumps 70%; Order Book At Rs 358 Crore

The company’s total income increased 14 per cent to Rs 228.72 crore during FY26, compared with Rs 200.63 crore in the previous year.


Bhubaneswar: CSM Technologies Ltd, an Odisha-born GovTech and enterprise digital transformation firm, reported a 70.2 per cent year-on-year rise in consolidated profit after tax (PAT) to Rs 24.01 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, driven by improved operating efficiencies and higher margins.

The company’s total income increased 14 per cent to Rs 228.72 crore during FY26, compared with Rs 200.63 crore in the previous year. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) grew 56.6 per cent to Rs 48 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded by 571 basis points to 21 per cent.

For the March quarter (Q4 FY26), CSM Technologies posted a 77.7 per cent growth in PAT at Rs 9.3 crore, compared with Rs 5.23 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs 61.67 crore, up 2.6 per cent year-on-year. EBITDA rose 56 per cent to Rs 16.4 crore, with margin improving to 26.6 per cent from 17.5 per cent a year ago.

The company’s profit before tax for Q4 FY26, excluding a one-time exceptional charge of Rs 2.73 crore related to the statutory impact of the new Labour Codes, stood at Rs 14.17 crore, reflecting a growth of 92.1 per cent year-on-year.

CSM Technologies said its order book stood at Rs 357.63 crore as of March 31, 2026, providing revenue visibility of more than 1.5 times its FY26 revenue.

The board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholders’ approval.

“FY26 has been a strong year for CSM Technologies, with total income growing 14 per cent while EBITDA and PAT increased by 56.6 per cent and 70.2 per cent respectively, reflecting improved operating leverage and execution efficiencies,” said Priyadarshi Pany, managing director and chief executive officer, CSM Technologies.

The company invested Rs 10.25 crore during FY26 in intangible assets under development to strengthen its proprietary technology platforms. It also invested Rs 3.17 crore in property, plant and equipment and Rs 1.17 crore in capital work-in-progress.

CSM Technologies said it continued to expand its presence in India and international markets, particularly Africa, with a focus on sectors including government services, mining, agriculture, education, healthcare, tourism and industry facilitation.

The company, which recently made its debut as a listed entity, said it would continue investments in artificial intelligence, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, data analytics and automation to build scalable digital transformation solutions.
