Chennai: Now users can shop for groceries from JioMart on WhatsApp, with Reliance Jio collaborating with Meta.
JioMart on WhatsApp will enable users in India to seamlessly browse through JioMart’s entire grocery catalogue, add items to cart, and make the payment to complete the purchase without leaving the WhatsApp chat.
This will be the first-ever end-to-end shopping experience on WhatsApp, Jio said in a release.
As per the latest data, India has the highest WhatsApp user base of over 487 million.
