A few noteworthy i-Green features of this project unique to the Ashar Group include usage of safe and sustainable building materials like odourless paints with low VOCs and full height heat reflective and heat resistant glass windows in all rooms, energy efficient light fixtures, dual flush and low flow water faucets, solar powered water heating, etc.
Ashar Edge will also look to contribute to the sustainability of environment through intelligent features like rainwater harvesting, waste segregation and composting i.e. converting organic waste into natural fertilizers to be used in landscaping and kitchen garden pit. Ashar Ventures has hired renowned design architect, ‘M/S Sandeep Shikre Associates and Architect’ to design along with other leading architects and Consultants like ‘M/S Joshi Deshaware and Associates’, ‘JW Consultants LLP’ and ‘Clancy Global Consulting Engineering’ to accomplish Ashar Edge.
