HYDERABAD: Dr Deendayal’s ENT Care Centre (DECC) has launched a one-of-it-kind state-of-the-art ENT care facility in Hyderabad on Wednesday. The ultramodern care facility offers comprehensive ENT diagnosis and care under one roof at East Maredpally of the city to render global standard care at the newly inaugurated centre.
Speaking on the occasion DECC Managing Director Dr. Deenadayal said, “ENT has tremendous prominence because of the multiple subspecialities which no other specialty can boast off. Out of the five senses we have, the senses of smell, taste and hearing are treated by ENT.”
He said that every fourth person snores, and every fifth person has sleep apnea, both modern age diseases which are ignored despite their prevalence being high.

Besides affecting the quality of life, these two reduce the overall life span. In fact, treating sleep apnea at the earliest, right from childhood would make a huge difference to healthy living,” Dr. Deendayal said and added that DECC is popular for treatment of snoring and sleep apnea with its immense expertise.
The facility spread across 4000 sft, on the first floor of the Shenoy Hospitals, has multiple consultation rooms, treatment rooms, audiology rooms, endoscopy room, operation theatres, and inpatient rooms.
The Centre is equipped with advanced spice Camera systems and German microscopes for performing delicate micro ear surgeries; low radiation CT machine exclusive for ENT and Head & Neck; diagnostic tools with advanced diagnostic software and flexible endoscopes to diagnose remote and invisible parts of the throat, larynx, ear and nose; lasers for complex laser surgeries, navigation systems, radiofrequency machines; flexible and rigid endoscopes; state-of-the-art Audiology equipment and advanced ultrasound machines to help in diagnosing Head and neck conditions accurately, among others.
The new facility has infrastructure and highly specialized and experienced doctors to perform world-class procedures and surgeries with outcomes on par with the international standards.
