Hyderabad: With the gaming ecosystem in the country growing exponentially, semiconductor company AMD expects its products will be able to meet demand across multiple price points, a top comapany official said.
Responding to a question about the gaming computers costing a fortune, Mr Andrej Zdavkovic said: “The absolute top-end products are monsters and are quite costly. But we have products at different price points also to meet the demands of casual gamers.”
Meanwhile, CII on Sunday announced formation of the Indian Digital Gaming Society comprising various stakeholders. “IDGS will provide platform for the young start-ups and youths to unleash their creativity and contribute towards digital economy of the country. Digital Gaming sector will open up new avenues of skilling and help create more job opportunities in India,” the chamber said.
