Cyrus Mistry hits back at Vijay SIngh
Mr Singh had on Dec. 7 said that ethical concerns were the primary reasons for the ouster of Mr Mistry.
Mumbai: The Cyrus Mistry camp on Monday hit out at Vijay Singh who was at the meeting of Tata Sons when it ousted Mr Mistry as chairman of the Tata group.
Mr Singh had on Dec. 7 said that ethical concerns were the primary reasons for the ouster of Mr Mistry and also alleged Mr Mistry’s involvement in a real estate transaction that was against the ethos of the Tata group.
In a statement the spokesperson for Mr Mistry said that Mr Singh might have forgotten that in late 2007, Ratan Tata and R.K. Krishnakumar, then chairman of Tata Realty and Infrastructure, shepherded through the Board of Tata Sons, a real estate transaction worth Rs 1,700 crores to Unitech
