ISB launches new faculty programme

Led by Arun Pereira, executive director of the centre for learning and management at the ISB.

Hyderabad: City-based B-school ISB on Monday announced its partnership with the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore to promote teaching excellence amongst the Indian B-Schools.

ISB and IIM-B will organise the ‘ISB-IIMB Doctoral Consortium on Teaching’ for doctoral candidates who are about to start their careers as faculty at Indian B-Schools, ISB said in a release.

“The ISB-IIMB Consortium is a fine example of how collaboration among Indian B-Schools can raise the bar for management education in India,” professor Arun Pereira of ISB said.

Led by Arun Pereira, executive director of the centre for learning and management at the ISB, and Sourav Mukherji, dean of academic programmes at IIMB, the consortium had participation from doctoral candidates at ISB, IIM-A, IIM-B, IIM Lucknow, IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode among others.
