Cyient set to acquire UK's Blom Aerofilms

As per a Cyient statement, Blom's revenue of stood at £6 million in the last calendar year.

Hyderabad: IT services firm Cyient on Monday said it has signed a definitive agreement with Blom ASA to acquire 100 per cent stake in Blom Aerofilms, a UK-based digital mapping and ground survey provider.

As per a Cyient statement, Blom’s revenue of stood at £6 million in the last calendar year. The company did not provide financial details of the deal.

John Renard, president EMEA and Unit Head for Utilities and Geospatial, said the acquisition complements the firm’s geospatial skills.
