Bengaluru: Infosys Finacle — a part of Infosys’s wholly-owned subsidiary EdgeVerve Systems — has partnered with a Singapore-headquartered AI platform provider, Active.AI. The company announced on Tuesday that the new partnership will help the firm to offer conversational banking services through chat and voice based interfaces across many digital channels.
Infosys Finacle chief business officer Sanat Rao said that Active.AI’s conversational offering will complement the firm’s suite of digital banking offerings, while making baking hassle-free for customers. “Elevating customer experience and reducing servicing costs are two of the strategic goals banks across the world are pursuing.
The advancement in artificial intelligence technologies offers a significant opportunity to achieve these twin goals,” Mr Rao said.
The firm was recognized in an Infosys initiative which builds alliances with the Infosys Innovation Fund program that identifies promising FinTechs.
