Bondada Engineering Incorporates Subsidiary To Focus On Defence Segment
Bondada has manufacturing facilities in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, it said.
Hyderabad:Hyderabad-headquartered Bondada Engineering incorporated a subsidiary under the name Bondada Dynamics. The newly incorporated subsidiary will serve as a dedicated vehicle for the company’s entry into the defence sector, the company said in a release.
“The incorporation of Bondada Dynamics is a defining step in our journey. India is at a crucial juncture where indigenisation and technological self-reliance are vital. Our efforts will focus on developing indigenous capabilities and supporting the country’s security and strategic priorities,” said Dr Bondada Raghavendra Rao, chairman and managing director of Bondada Engineering.
It aims to establish a presence in design, development, manufacture and maintenance of defence platforms, equipment, systems, subsystems, assemblies and sub-assemblies. It will collaborate with research institutions, academia and industry partners to create intellectual properties and develop manufacturing technologies.
“Bondada Dynamics is poised to deliver technologies and solutions to the defence ecosystem,” said Rear Admiral R. Sreenivas, VSM (Retd), group chief executive officer, Bondada Engineering.
