BMW Expands Its Mini With New Convertible JCW Pack At Rs 61.50 Lakh

Pune : Luxury car maker, BMW has expanded its Mini portfolio with the launch of the new Mini Convertible John Cooper Works Pack priced at Rs 61.50 lakh at pan India showroom.

The JCW Pack focuses primarily on elevating the vehicle's visual and cabin appeal rather than mechanical performance.
“The new Mini Convertible has always been the ultimate expression of open-top freedom, and with the introduction of the John Cooper Works Pack, we are taking its unmistakable character a step further,” said Hardeep Singh Brar, President and CEO, BMW Group India.
By blending premium design with the joy of open-air motoring, the Mini Convertible JCW Pack is a car that looks as fast as it feels, delivering a sporty JCW aesthetic that perfectly complements your cruises, he noted.
The Mini Convertible JCW Pack is available in two exterior colours: Legend Grey and Midnight Black, with contrasting mirror caps and stripes. The JCW Pack also adds a unique grille, bumpers, side skirts, and door sills and black 17-inch alloy wheels.
The new car gets a JCW Sport steering wheel with paddle shifters, JCW sports seats, and an Anthracite headliner. The folding soft top can be opened in 18 seconds at speeds of up to 30 km/h. The soft top can be raised in 15 seconds.
Its rich features include adaptive suspension, JCW Sport Brakes, a heated steering wheel, cruise control, and Level 1 ADAS. It also gets a high-resolution OLED touchscreen running the Mini Operating System 9, a head-up display, a Harman Kardon sound system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto, among others.
The Mini Convertible JCW Pack is powered by a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine that makes 201 BHP @ 5,000-6,500 rpm and 300 Nm @ 1,450-4,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Mini claims the car can sprint from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 240 km/h.
