Jeep Compass waiting period: will you get delivery by Navratri?
The Jeep Compass has been a popular SUV since its launch last year, especially thanks to the competitive pricing made possible by local production. With the festive season approaching (Navratri begins 10th October), the Compass will likely be in the shopping list of many buyers.
Below, we’ve compiled the waiting period data for the Jeep Compass from prime cities to help with that decision:
Last updated on 27 September 2018
City | Waiting Period |
Delhi | 20 Days |
Mumbai | 1 Month |
Hyderabad | No Waiting |
Pune | 1 Month |
Bangalore | 15 Days |
Kolkata | 25 Days |
Disclaimer: The waiting period for the cars in the table is an approximation as it would depend on the variant, powertrain option and colour you choose.
As the data above suggests, buyers in Hyderabad can simply walk into a showroom and drive off with a brand-new Jeep Compass that very day but those in Mumbai and Pune will have to wait a whole month to take delivery. That means the collection day will be closer to Diwali but well past Navratri.
Buyers in Delhi and Kolkata can still expect to get their new mid-size SUV near the end of Navratri or Dussehra (October 19) if they place their orders immediately. However, buyers in Bengaluru can still take a couple of days to decide before putting in the money.
Jeep has recently introduced the new top-spec variant for the Compass, the Limited Plus, along with the Black Pack limited edition. The latter is an add-on aesthetic kit while the Limited Plus variant offers new features like a panoramic sunroof, bigger wheels and a bigger infotainment screen as well.
