The previous generation CVO Limited and the Road Glide Special are already available in the Indian market, while the Roadster will be a completely new motorcycle here. Let's start with the CVO limited which is the flagship model of Harley-Davidson in India. Its 2017 model is powered by the 1,868cc Milwaukee-Eight 114 V-twin which comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. The larger displacement, 4-valve heads and higher compression ratio helps it to produce 10 per cent more torque with 165Nm coming at just 3,250rpm. Moreover, the bagger style bike comes packed with advanced features like keyless ignition, adjustable suspension set-up, Reflex Linked Brembo brakes with ABS, BOOM! Box 6.5GT infotainment system and much more.

The 2017 Harley-Davidson Road Glide Special has been updated with the new Milwaukee-Eight 107 that produces 10 per cent more torque and power as compared to the Twin-Cam 103 of the previous generation model. Along with the other interesting features like Jukebox with USB port, the bike shares most of the features with the bigger CVO Limited except the keyless ignition.

Based on the popular Forty-Eight, the new Harley-Davidson Roadster gets a sporty design. The bike features aggressive styling with chopped fenders and lowered handlebars. Powering the bike is the same 1,200cc, air-cooled, Evolution V-Twin that produces 96Nm of torque for the Forty-Eight as well. It is a much different motorcycle than any of the Harley-Davidsons available in the market and offers an aggressive riding position. It is expected to be priced around Rs 10 lakh in the Indian market and we expect the company to also charge slightly extra for the 2017 models of the CVO Limited and the Road Glide Special as well.
