Toyota unveils pick-up Hilux

PUNE: Toyota Kirloskar Motor on Tuesday unveiled a new lifestyle pick-up MUV model Hilux in India.

While bookings have started for the new multi-utility vehicle with a down payment of Rs 1 lakh, the price would be announced in March and deliveries will begin in April.

The model comes with a 4X4 drive and a water wading capacity of 700 mm. Toyota Hilux, estimated to be priced between Rs 27 to Rs 31 lakh, is a mix of adventure and luxury. The design element on the front reminds it to be similar to Toyota Fortuner.
