Successor to the S80, the S90 shares the same 2.0-litre diesel powertrain of the XC90. With its slightly lower displacement, it will be sold in Delhi-NCR as well. The Volvo has sought 76-77 GHz frequencies from the Government and if allotted, the S90 could sport radar-enabled features as collision mitigation braking and blind spot information. Priced at Rs. 50-55 lakh, bookings open for Rs. 1 to 2 lakh.

4) Volvo V40 Cross Country Facelift

As the name goes, the Volvo V40 Cross Country facelift is an all-roader, while it will remain the same engine and equipment of the V40.

5) Volvo S60 Polestar

The 1969 cc, 4-cylinder mill, mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission, makes 367 PS and 470 Nm, claiming 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds with 250 km/h top speed. 20-inch alloys, large discs, power steering, etc. promise high-performance.
