Air India Announces ‘PayDay Sale’ Special Fares For New Year

Chennai: Air India Express has rolled out its monthly ‘PayDay Sale’ offering special fares across its domestic and international network. Travellers can book value fares starting from Rs. 1,950 on domestic routes and Rs. 5,590 on international routes.

A press release from the company said flight bookings at the special fares could be made on the airline’s website, mobile app and on all major booking channels from December 30 to January 1. Additionally, passengers could book lite fares (zero check-in baggage fare) starting from Rs. 1,850 for domestic routes and from Rs. 5,355 on international routes. The special fares are valid for domestic travel from 12 January to 10 October 2026 and for international travel from 12 January to 31 December 2026.

The airline offers zero convenience fees on all bookings made on the airline’s mobile app. Guests could also enjoy zero convenience fees on the website for payments made through net banking. Lite fares also offer discounted check-in baggage rates of Rs. 1,500 for 15 kilograms on domestic flights and Rs. 2,500 for 20 kilograms on international flights, the release added.

The website also offers deals for loyalty members including 25 percent off business class fares with best-in-class legroom, complementary hot meals, extra check-in baggage allowance and priority services, it added.
