Adani Enterprises ₹24,930 Crore Rights Issue Fully Subscribed

Mumbai: Adani Enterprises Rs 24,930.30 crore Rights issue got fully subscribed on final day of bidding. The rights issue was subscribed 108 per cent with bids received for 14.95 crore shares against 13.85 crore shares on offer.
"Promoters subscribed fully to their entitlement with promoter holding of 74 per cent, while the public portion was oversubscribed by 30 per cent, drawing 4.7 crore share bids against 3.6 crore shares on offer," said sources.
Outside promoters, large institutions, including GQG, mutual funds, including SBI MF, Aditya Birla MF, Kotak MF participated, according to sources.
Rights shares were priced at Rs 1,800 a share, with eligible shareholders entitled to 3 rights shares for every 25 held. AEL shares closed on Wednesday at Rs 2,210.25 on BSE, down 1.66 per cent from the previous close.
