Imran Khan fails to prove money trail

The PTI leader submitted a written statement in the top court about his London assets.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Saturday admitted that he did not have complete money trail regarding his London flats.

The SC is hearing a petition seeking Mr Khan's disqualification over the non-disclosure of assets, ownership of offshore companies and receiving foreign funding for his party.

The PTI leader submitted a written statement in the top court about his London assets.

The declaration was submitted by his counsel Naeem Bukhari in which it has been stated that county cricket does not keep record which is more than 20 years old, therefore, the evidence of playing county cricket and income earned through it was not available.
