Samsung Galaxy Fold set to relaunch after passing all tests sucessfully

After issues brought down the world’s first foldable screen smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy Fold was nowhere to be seen and speculations of whether the device would ever commercially see the light of day began to arise.

Now, weeks away from a major Samsung event which is the launch of the Note 10 series, Samsung’s original hero of the year is back to grab the attention and headlines.

Inside sources have confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Fold, after a couple of revamps in the screen design and the hinge of the device, has passed all tests with flying colours and will soon launch for the general public.

Though Samsung will roll out the Galaxy Note 10 series first and foremost on August 7 in the New York event, we might see the Galaxy Fold make its debut soon after between August and the end of the year.

Samsung is still in the race for launching the first foldable smartphone with Huawei. The Korean brand however likely has an edge over the Huawei Mate X which is scheduled to launch in September.
