8 Indian cities will get to preview the Samsung Galaxy S10
Immediately after the announcement, Samsung India will preview the highly coveted smartphone on February 21.
The Galaxy S10 will be unveiled later on today and immediately after it, Samsung will be hosting preview events in eight Indian cities. This will give audiences in these select cities to preview the handset first hand before it is made officially available next month.
Samsung will hold preview events in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Gurgaon, Pune and Chandigarh. At Gurgaon, it will be previewed at the Samsung Experience Store in Cybercity and Ambience Mall. In Bangalore, it will be shown off at Samsung Opera House in Brigade Road as well as in the Samsung Experience Store in CMH Store. In Delhi, the two places it will be showcased in are at Select City Walk and at the Samsung Experience Store in South Extension. At Chandigarh, it can be previewed at the Samsung Store in Elante Mall and in Chennai at the Phoenix Market City Mall. In Kolkata, you can see the handset at Parkstreet and in Mumbai at the Samsung Experience Store on Link Road, Andheri. Lastly, if you are from Pune, you can experience the handset at Pavillion Mall.
Apart from the new Galaxy S10 smartphones, Samsung is expected to announce its Galaxy Buds earphones and these will most likely be on display as well.
At the Samsung Unpacked event, apart from the Galaxy trio of handsets, the brand will also announce a smartphone from a brand new segment which is a foldable handset that when launched is going to be called the Galaxy Fold. Last year, Samsung demoed a cloaked version of the Galaxy Fold at an event but today we will see the handset in all its glory for the first time ever.
