Sony Xperia XA1 smartphone launched, starts at Rs 19,990

Sony has expanded its smartphone line-up in India with the launch of Xperia XA1 smartphone.

The preliminary settlement in class action lawsuit will offer a 50 percent refund of the retail price to US customers who bought a water-resistant Sony Xperia device.

Sony, in its effort to expand its current smartphone line-up in India, has launched its latest Xperia XA1 smartphone at a starting price of Rs 19,990. The device is amongst the four Xperia-series that were unveiled at the MWC in Barcelona in February. The device is available in the following colour variants: White, Black and Pink and is available for purchase in leading stores across the country.

As far as the specifications of the device are concerned, the Sony Xperia XA1 features a 5-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels resolution) display and is powered by MediaTek Helio P20 SoC paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. On the camera front, the device packs a 23MP rear camera with phase detection auto-focus and LED flash along with an 8MP front camera for selfie-lovers.

The device is powered by a 2,300mAh battery with fast charging support along with several connectivity options such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
