The facility uses energy-efficient radiant cooling, smart lighting, rainwater harvesting, wastewater reuse and natural daylight-filled spaces to improve energy efficiency and occupant comfort. It also features flexible workspaces, collaborative areas and employee wellness facilities to support a modern, hybrid work environment, a release said.
