Airtel offers 100 per cent cashback on Rs 349 recharge, but there's more

The battle for bringing the cheapest tariff plan in the market is getting fierce each passing day. Telecom giants such as Jio recently introduced the 100 per cent cashback to its subscribers on a recharge of Rs 399, but the offer was for a limited duration.

To catch up with its competition, Airtel has also launched a new offer that will offer 100 per cent discount on a recharge of Rs 349. Under this offer users will get up to 28GB of data for 28 days with an FUP limit of 1GB per day and unlimited voice calls on any network. But hold on! This isn’t as simple as you think:

The new offer is available for a limited time but the company is yet to announce the expiry date of the plan. The consumers will get the cashback in installments and also there are some conditions applied to avail this offer.

So here’s how the plan works: the refund will be made in seven installments and the subscribers will have to recharge their numbers with Rs 349 and will be refunded in the next seven months. Users will have to recharge using My Airtel app and make payment via Airtel Payments Bank.

The subscribers will not the money for the first month. The cashback of only Rs 50 will be offered from the next month and this will continue for the next 7 months.
