Apple is planning on unveiling its new range of MacBook Pro laptops at an event coming Thursday.

Now reports suggest that the company may have revealed the additional features the laptop may sport with its macOS Sierra 10.12.1 update that was released on Monday.

The release includes hidden Apple Pay images that, according to the speculations made by MacRumors, depict that the latest MacBook Pro may come with an OLED touch panel also known as the ‘Magic Toolbar.’

This added feature which indicates support for Touch ID is located on the top of the keyboard where the function keys would normally be placed.

As far as the design is concerned, the MacBook Pro is quite similar to the existing models – the only different being its size which imply a new 13-inch model. Several rumors further suggest that the new machine will be thinner and lighter in comparison to the already existing models.

MacRumors also suggested that the new MacBook Pro laptop may come with 4 USB-C ports and a headphone jack.

Apple is expected to announce the launch of its new series of MacBook Pro at an event on Thursday, October 27 at 10am.
