The kind and the scale of these cyber weapons was such that even the CIA lost control of majority of its hacking arsenal which includes state of the art malware, viruses, Trojans and weaponised zero day exploits which can be worth millions of dollars each in dark web.
The attack caused internet outages for about 4.5 percent of Deutsche Telekom's 20 million fixed-line customers.

The US Centres for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) said on Friday it was responding to a data breach that exposed the files of about 75,000 individuals.

The agency said it detected anomalous activity in the Federally Facilitated Exchange’s (FFE) Direct Enrollment pathway for agents and brokers.

The number of files accessed in the breach represented a small fraction of consumer records present on the FFE, the CMS said.
