Using FacioMetrics to let users of Facebook, or subsidiaries such as Instagram, have fun with photos or video could be a counter-move to those kinds of features offered in \"filters\" at vanishing message service Snapchat.

Facebook has quietly rolled out a new feature that allows Android customers to upload HD video to their accounts.

The social media giant has added new toggles on its Facebook app on Android operating system, including picture-in-picture video, the ability to download clips to watch offline later, and specific resolution upload options (from 72p all the way up to 360p).

Additionally, up and down arrows has been added to the app for an easy notification view.

Although the features are presently available only to Android users, they are expected to be available to the iOS customers anytime soon.
