How to turn a regular fan into an air cooler

Mumbai: Summers are right ahead of us and its time to brace ourselves against it. Here is a quick DIY to convert a regular portable fan into an air cooler.

All you need for the project is a copper pipe, a flexible plastic pipe, cold water and of course a portable fan.
