Tim Cook: Apple will launch more healthcare-related services in 2019

Cook revealed that Apple has been working on the upcoming services for multiple years.

Apple is growing ambitious in the health sector as the company CEO Tim Cook has revealed that there will be more healthcare-related services this year.

In an interview with CNBC, Cook revealed that Apple has been working on the upcoming services for multiple years. However, he did not elaborate further on what kind of services or products the company is exactly working on.

The CEO stressed that the company has been deepening its commitment to health and wellness products, Engadget reported.

Apple's work in the health domain has been aggressive with the launch of ResearchKit and CareKit. Recently, the company added ECG feature to its Apple Watch Series 4, paving way for preventive heart care.
