OnePlus has launched a program named 'Student Ambassador Program' which offers internships to students across the country. It is a six-month program and students who get selected enjoy the bonanza of getting their hands on the upcoming devices from OnePlus. Apart from the experience of models which have not been even launched yet, the company is also offering a monthly stipend as an added bonus.

Students who will be a part of this internship program will get a chance to work with the OnePlus team. The company is looking for candidates, as per their webpage, who are technology enthusiasts and can think a bit differently and creatively. The students will act as the main marketing drivers for the brand since they will be expected to organise marketing campaigns in the colleges across the country. As part of the brand awareness program, they will be spreading the word of mouth in college events thereby helping OnePlus market its products.

The OnePlus 'Student Brand Ambassador' program starts on 1 September 2018. This comes as a move from the smartphone manufacturer to widen its reach across the potential Indian market and build a strong following amidst the young student community.
