Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus has been launched in China. The new Android-powered tablet is a bigger variant of the Mi Pad 4, launched in June this year.

The upgraded Mi Pad 4 Plus features a 10.1-inch (1920x1200) display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 660 chipset clubbed with an Adreno 512 GPU. The tablet runs on MIUI 10 on top of Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box. The device comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and 4GB/128GB configuration. It is kept alive by an 8620mAh non-removable battery.

In terms of optics, the tablet sports a 13MP rear sensor with a f/2.0 aperture and a 5MP selfie camera with the same f/2.0 aperture. On the connectivity front, the device includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac, GLONASS, and a USB Type-C port. The tablet is also equipped with a front-facing fingerprint sensor and comes with AI-powered face unlock capabilities.

Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus costs CNY 1,899 (approx Rs 19,300) for the 64GB variant and CNY 2,099 (approx Rs 21,300) for the 128GB variant. The tablet will be available in Black and Gold colour variants.
