Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna have reportedly purchased a luxury villa near Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad, Hyderabad.
According to real estate buzz, the newly married couple has booked an ultra-premium property in Future Trends – The Valley, an upscale development located in the Almasguda-Tukkuguda belt.
The villa reportedly spans nearly 1,000 square yards and comes with premium amenities, including a private swimming pool and a spacious backyard. Set amid scenic hillocks, the gated community features attractions such as an artificial waterfall, flowing water streams and layouts designed to maximise privacy between homes.
Market sources estimate property rates in the luxury enclave at around Rs 15,000 per sq ft.
