Shah Rukh Khan’s Iconic Mannat To Get Two New Floors
The expansion will add 616.02 square metres to Mannat, with the project estimated to cost Rs 25 crore
Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic Bandra residence, Mannat, is undergoing a Rs 25-crore renovation that will add two new residential floors to the rear portion of the property.
Real estate developer and film producer Anand Pandit has confirmed that his firm is executing the construction.
The extension will add two floors to the multi-storey modern section built behind the heritage bungalow, increasing the home’s space by 616.02 square metres. The estimated cost of the extension is Rs 25 crore.
The project received the green light after the Supreme Court dismissed a petition challenging its Coastal Regulation Zone (CRZ) clearance, upholding the National Green Tribunal’s earlier approval.
Shah Rukh Khan and his family have temporarily relocated to the luxury residence Puja Casa in Pali Hill while the work at Mannat is completed.
Meanwhile, Anand Pandit’s firm is also redeveloping Shah Rukh’s first-ever Mumbai apartment at Shree Amrit Society. The separate project will expand the flat’s area by 155%, taking its estimated post-redevelopment value to around Rs 42 crore.
