Sanjay Dutt Leaves for USA

Sanjay Dutt is in USA for an annual medical checkup. In 2020, Dutt was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was subsequently declared completely cured. However, regular medical checkups continue.

The actor had been putting off the annual checkup for quite a while, as he is currently in an exceedingly productive phase in his career, with as many as six releases this year in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Marathi.

“Let me work, yaar. I’ve some years to go and a family to look after. I am enjoying my work more than ever before,” Dutt told this writer before flying off to the US. Meanwhile, Sanju’s latest film, Aakhri Sawaal, has opened to an underwhelming response.
