Nysa Devgan to Make Movie Debut Soon?

A photo caption by designer Manish Malhotra has set social media abuzz with speculation about Nysa Devgan’s Bollywood aspirations. This comes a few weeks after her mother, Kajol, had made it clear that Nysa had no plans to join the film industry.

In a recent post on Instagram, Manish Malhotra shared pictures of Nysa in a golden and bright pink brocade lehenga. In his caption, the designer wrote, “Nysa Cinema Awaits you @nysadevgan stunning in our #Evara collection handwoven brocade lehanga with intricate Embrodiery by indian artisans.”

The phrase “cinema awaits you” caught the attention of social media users and they started wondering if Nysa has changed her mind about Bollywood.

Adding fuel to the speculation, Nysa’s friend Orry wrote, “Can’t wait for your debut @nysadevgan.” While a few fans wondering what’s cooking, a few were happy at the prospect of watching ‘Kajol 2’ on the big screen.

In an earlier interaction, when Kajol was asked if Nysa would join the film industry, she had said: “Bilkul nahi.. no, I think..wo 22 saal ki ho gayi hai..hone wali hai abhi.. I think she has made up her mind that ki nahi aane wali hai abhi.” (She is 22 already and seems to have made up her mind that she will not join Bollywood).
