Hyderabad: With a dominating performance, Himanshu Jain  beat Lucky Vatnani 5-1 to win the Telangana State Snooker Championship held in Hyderabad on Thursday.

Himanshu playing an attacking game took the first frame 82-12. Himanshu then won the second (74-51), third (64-46) and fourth frames (72-37) to make it 4-0. Lucky pulled one back, winning it 70-20. It proved too little too late as Himashu won the fifth frame 74-34 and with it the title.
