Argentina’s 3-0 loss to Croatia isn’t the end of road for them in the  2018 FIFA World Cup. They can still make it to Round of 16.

With Nigeria winning by a 2-0 margin over Iceland Friday, Argentina needs both, a victory over Nigeria, and for Croatia to beat Iceland when the teams meet in Group D's final round of fixtures on Tuesday.

The African side will secure a spot in the knockout stage if they beat  Argentina. A draw however would be enough to eliminate the Argentines, but would leave Nigeria's fate hinging on the outcome of Iceland's game against Croatia on June 26.   Interestingly both matches will be played at the same time -  11:30 pm on Tuesday. A treat for football fanatics awaits.
