India has made two strategic changes to manage player workload ahead of the knockouts

Ahmedabad: Powered by Shivam Dube’s blistering half-century and a late flourish from Hardik Pandya, India posted a formidable total of 193/6 in their final Group A league match against the Netherlands. Dube top-scored with a knock of 66, while valuable contributions from captain Suryakumar Yadav (34), Tilak Varma (31), and Pandya (30) propelled the Men in Blue to a challenging score, setting a target of 194 runs for the Dutch side despite losing opener Abhishek Sharma for a duck early in the innings.

Suryakumar Yadav won the toss and opted to bat against the Netherlands in their T20 World Cup Group A clash, here on Wednesday.India are coming off a massive 61-run win over Pakistan which also cemented their place in the Super Eights. The Netherlands had lost to the USA by a huge 93-run margin in their last outing.

India made two changes, resting vice-captain Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav and bringing in Washington Sundar and Arshdeep Singh.
The Netherlands made one change to their side, bringing in Noah Croes for Fred Klaassen.
