Hashim Amla breaks Virat Kohli record

Amla took just 132 innings to score his 23 ODI hundreds while Kohli reached there in his 157th innings.

Basseterre: South Africa opener Hashim Amla has made a habit of breaking records set by India’s run machine Virat Kohli.

On Thursday, Amla repeated the same feat as he became the fastest to score 23 ODI hundreds in the ongoing Tri-Nation series in the Caribbean.

The 33-year-old Amla scored a dazzling ton (110), to guide his team to a mammoth total of 343 runs against West Indies which was enough as Imran Tahir’s 7/45, trapped the hosts.
